AI Loveline Privacy FAQ & Policy

Information that identifies you alone, or that can identify you when combined with other information we hold. It does not include information that cannot reasonably identify you, or aggregated figures after personal identifiers are stripped out. Aggregate / non-personal information may be used and shared without the stricter limits that apply to personal information.

AI Loveline runs image-to-image and image-to-video on self-developed models that we host ourselves. We do not farm generation out to third-party AI platforms, and we do not ship your creative uploads to outside AI companies so they can generate, train, or keep copies for their products.

No. AI Loveline does not collect facial data. We do not store facial biometrics, face templates, or faceprints; we do not identify people by face; and we do not create face-based profiles. Your files may still be handled as ordinary images or video frames so a generation job can finish. That temporary work follows the deletion answers below—it is not facial-data harvesting.

• Details you type or send: email, username, support messages, and other account fields.
• From a login provider: if you use Apple ID, Facebook, Google, or another supported method, we receive what that provider shares under your authorization (often name, email, username, and similar registration data).
• Media you pick: with iOS permission, photos or videos you select for a job. You can revoke camera / Photos / file access in Settings.
• Technical records: interaction logs, IP address, timestamps, device type/model, OS version, language/region, in-app signals, crash/diagnostic logs—used to run AI Loveline, protect security, keep performance steady, fix bugs, and improve the product.
• Login records: if a feature needs an account, sign-in data we store is removed when you delete the AI Loveline account.

1. You supply source images (and related media where supported). We ask only for the access that feature needs.
2. Jobs need a network connection and run on our servers. Transfers use SSL or equivalent encryption.
3. Inputs exist only to create the output you asked for. When generation ends, sources are deleted promptly and cannot be restored. We do not train on them or hand them to third-party platforms for those platforms’ own use.
4. Download/save results yourself. Copies kept on our side are wiped within 48 hours after generation and cannot be restored. If you lose outputs because you did not save them, that risk is yours; AI Loveline is not liable.

Camera / Photos: only when a feature needs them, and only after you agree. You can change this later in iOS Settings.

Cookies: only if you use Google Login and land on a Google page. Google may set cookies to finish sign-in. We do not use those cookies for ads, cross-app tracking, or our analytics, and we do not read or store them. AI Loveline does not cookie-track you across other apps or websites.

ATT: if a partner needs IDFA, Apple may show Allow Tracking / Ask App Not to Track. Either choice still lets you generate. If you allow tracking, partners may use IDFA and similar identifiers, install/event data, basic device info, and interaction/performance signals for measurement, fraud prevention, attribution, and marketing optimization. We do not use that data to personally identify you or to build separate behavioral profiles for our own profiling. Change under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → AI Loveline.

Companies that host or store data for us may receive what they need to support AI Loveline. Advertising and marketing partners may receive log-style data without personal information being shown as such. Those partners are not our AI generators.

We process personal information and service data to reply to you, complete requests and purchases, run and improve the Services, tailor parts of the experience where appropriate, support product work, and carry out related business purposes consistent with this document.

We share personal information only if you (or a legally authorized representative) agree; if law requires it; or if a valid warrant, subpoena, or similar court order requires it. We do not release generation uploads unless you yourself share them or the results through AI Loveline or another service you pick.

We use safeguards meant to reduce unauthorized access and misuse. No system is perfectly safe. Protect passwords and tell us if you suspect abuse.

Adjust in-app settings where available. To disable or delete an account, email [email protected]. In-app deletion (About / account) removes associated data subject to limited legal or security exceptions. Unlinking Apple / Facebook / Google stops future sharing from that provider but does not erase data already in AI Loveline. If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] and ask for full deletion.

App Store refunds follow Apple’s rules and channels (Apple Support or reportaproblem.apple.com). We do not replace Apple’s decision.

We may update this document. If a change materially affects your rights, we will post the new version where AI Loveline policies are shown. Check back when you use the Services.

Depending on where you live, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction; a portable copy of data you provided; and objection to certain processing (including direct marketing in many places). Rights can be limited. Contact us to exercise them, or complain to a supervisory authority where you live, work, or where you believe a problem occurred.

Minors should use AI Loveline only with a parent/guardian’s prior consent. Under COPPA, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 or knowingly allow such registration. The Services are not aimed at children under 13. If we learn we collected such information without required consent, we will delete it quickly—write to [email protected].
