AI Loveline (“AI Loveline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) publishes this document so you can understand the contract for our iOS app and related Services. The product focuses on creating new images from images and short videos from images.
Using AI Loveline means you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please do not use the Services. Expand each question below for details.
Tip: material updates to this agreement will be posted with our policies or shown in-app. Keeping the app after an update counts as acceptance. Minors need guardian consent. Sexualized or exploitative content involving children is never allowed. Write [email protected] for related deletion asks.
Do I need an account?
Not always. Many creative flows work without a full profile. We may still assign an internal identifier so the app can function; that ID by itself is not meant to identify you as a person. Device signals (OS, identifiers, IP, build, network) and optional photo access may be used as described in the Privacy Policy. Guard your device and any SSO passwords. Report suspicious activity. Organizational users must have authority to bind their entity.
What creative tools am I allowed to use?
Whatever styles, templates, and generators AI Loveline currently offers for image-to-image and image-to-video. Camera or library access appears only after iOS asks; you can revoke it later. If you post results on another service, you must own the rights and follow that service’s rules.
What license do I get — and what is banned?
A personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to run the Services under this agreement. Software and branding stay with us or licensors. Do not clone, redistribute, reverse engineer, or fork the product except where law forces an exception.
We may reshape or retire features; we will try to warn when everyday use would change. Do not break the law, drop malware, sabotage the service, probe systems, spam, commit fraud, or violate App Store rules.
Machine files misfire — inspect them. Do not weaponize them for crime, tricks, or rights breaches. Still banned: abusive or hateful posts; sexual content involving children; privacy invasions; crime enablement; identity spoofs; intimate shots without consent; IP theft. Violating jobs can be blocked. IP desk: [email protected].
Who owns my uploads and outputs?
You do, subject to these Terms and any third-party rights in the source. Uploading warrants you have permission and lets us handle the material — revocably, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusively — solely to deliver and refine the Services (including generating your requested result).
We do not train on your content unless you clearly opt in. You can revoke consent for future training. Feedback you volunteer may improve the product without payment. Ops helpers follow the Privacy Policy. Ask us to erase content or accounts at [email protected].
How do purchases and refunds work?
Download can be free. Optional premium unlocks are one-time App Store purchases. Apple takes payment and decides refunds under Apple’s policies. We do not override Apple Support or reportaproblem.apple.com.
What if something goes wrong?
YOU GET THE SERVICES “AS IS” / “AS AVAILABLE.” WARRANTY LANGUAGE DROPS TO THE LEGAL FLOOR — INCLUDING SALEABILITY, TASK FITNESS, AND IP CLEARANCE. Patches can be mandatory; outages occur. KNOCK-ON LOSS STAYS OUT. ANY AMOUNT WE OWE STOPS AT THE PRICE OF THE FEATURE IN THE DISPUTE — OR AT ZERO. Illegal use can leave the bill with you.
Which law applies?
Broken clauses are discarded; surviving text continues. Default law is Singapore’s unless consumer statutes compel another path. Conflicts land at SIAC unless local courts cannot be waived.
